Essential Oils Pairing: Frankincense and Wonderlotus

We've already touched on the benefits of this mat earlier in the week (IG), so I thought it appropriate to continue talking about the benefits of this design. This particular design was personalized as a gift!

I would recommend #Frankincense by doTERRA Essential Oils to enhance the heart-opening and grounding benefits that Wonderlotus provides during practice.

Frankincense oil is prized for its rejuvenating qualities. It's great for healing and beautifying the skin. Internally, it will promote a healthy immune and inflammatory response.

Just as the lotus flower is a spiritual symbol in many eastern religions, frankincense has become synonymous with the birth of Jesus and was prized for it's benefits and used in ceremonies.

In Buddhism, the lotus represents creation and cosmic renewal and is symbolic of the purtiy of the body and mind.
