Participants will select from 3 available line-art designs the night of the event which they will add splatter art to.

Plan ahead for a joyful experience:
We will be painting on the floor standing over our mats.
PLEASE WEAR APPROPIATE CLOTHING. WE WILL BE THROWING PAINT. YOU WILL GET PAINT ON HANDS, FEET, LEGS ETC. WE CANNOT PROVIDE SMOCKS LARGE ENOUGH TO COVER ALL CLOTHING. DRESS ACCORDINGLY. PAINT CLOTHES RECOMMENDED.

We will add paint to our mats by tossing, slapping, flicking and splattering or any other way you can imagine!
Creating color-works by selecting 3-5 colors that express ourselves, encourage us to practice and speak to our inner truth.
This is a fun, upbeat experience that requires only that you show up, loosen up and HAVE FUN!!!!
Dance, move, do yoga, we DON’T CARE and we WON’T JUDGE! you will be amazed at how cathartic this experience can be!

followed by a quick demonstration and instruction.
